WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Return Policy: Thank you for shopping with GoldenClassX-tensions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

  • Timeframe for Returns: You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Damaged or Defective Items: If your hair extensions arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photo evidence of the damage, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged items. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

  • Return Authorization: All returns require a return authorization number. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization before sending back any items.

  • Refund or Exchange Options: Customers may choose between a full refund, a replacement product, or store credit for returned items, depending on availability and preference.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the items are damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipment.

  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to returns of opened or used items. Please contact customer service for more information.

  • Exclusions: Final sale, clearance, customized, or altered items are non-returnable and ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Process for Initiating Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Include this number with your return shipment. GoldenClassX-tensions will provide return instructions and the address upon request for returning items.
